My Goals:
Fitness Goals: 1. Create a fitness routine and stick to it. 2. Re-evaluate my fitness routine on a regular basis. 3. Find exercises that actually feel fun to do. Nutrition Goals: 1. Keep my daily calorie count close to 2000. 2. Up my fiber and protein intake, down my fat intake. 3. Find more delicious, healthier substitutions for the foods I love. Clothing Goals: 1. I want to fit in blue jeans that are size 40 waist or lower. 2. I want to fit in shirts that are XXL. XL would be nice. Emotional Goals: 1. Feel more accomplished by eating better and working out. 2. Feel more attractive. 3. Feel younger and more able to do physically-demanding activities.
My Program:
Tangible Ways I'm Trying to Lose Weight: 1. Set up an accountability network of friends and family and contact them as needed. 2. Get into the habit of drinking 8 glasses of water every day. 3. Get into the habit of working out at the YMCA 2-3 times per week. 4. Change my sleeping habits for 7 hours every night. 5. Change my eating habits, including what I eat, how much I eat, and how often I dine out.
