Hey. Up here in the mountains it was a beautiful day as well. A tad bit windy at points but that is just one of the prices for living in Ruidoso.
How do you normally work out in Alamo?
I am looking forward to having an accountability partner myself. I often find myself trudging along alone. Which has it's benefits but also its disadvantages.

Ok Deb...YOUR ON!!! 30 pounds in 3 months!

I need the motivation and the challenge! Knowing someone is competion with me I'm all over it...lol!!

OK...30 pounds by Oct 4th! Let's do it girl! My goal is to be 260 or lower! Back to at least a 2.5 to 3 pound loss a week! That will put me right on track and over 30 pounds!!

Were off...and LOSING!!

Hope your having a great week and your rededication in burning strong! I'm slacking this week...:( it's wednesday and I've yet to get off my butt and really exercise even though I rearranged my bedroom yesterday...I still haven't gotten to the real ME workout yet...

Let's GET -R- DONE girl! You said 30 pounds in the next 3 months right...wanna race :D...lol!!
