My Goals:
My main goal is to tread lightly on the planet and live a simple, healthy life. I love cooking healthy foods from scratch, exercising, doing crafty things, and helping people reach their goals. I try to do something active every day to maintain a healthy weight.

My Program:
I teach several fitness classes each week (mostly Spinning and Pilates), which keeps me in shape. I also strength train a few times per week using weights and kettlebells.

I rely on my own hunger signals instead of counting calories. I eat lots of whole foods (mostly organic and seasonal stuff), drink loads of water, and try to get plenty of sleep!

I'm currently training as a Pilates Reformer instructor. It's a blast!

I'm doing well, Thanks for Asking. Down another 5 pounds since the convention. I hope all is well with you. I am still mall crawling and I look forward to going on another little walk with the church folks.

Aloha Coach Nicole! Mahalo for the info on the calendars! I was hoping to find a wall calendar w/ dates (yes, I can be that lazy!) but do you know how big it is? I can still use one for my office (or home for that matter) but my office has restricted space. :(

Hi, I hope this is ok to leave this note here for you.
I have never in my entire life-been able to do one push up. What could I do to get my arms strong. There is nothing I know of that is wrong with me. I just never has a reason to do push-ups before. emoticon Could you give me some tips....
