My Goals:
My main goal is to tread lightly on the planet and live a simple, healthy life. I love cooking healthy foods from scratch, exercising, doing crafty things, and helping people reach their goals. I try to do something active every day to maintain a healthy weight.
My Program:
I teach several fitness classes each week (mostly Spinning and Pilates), which keeps me in shape. I also strength train a few times per week using weights and kettlebells. I rely on my own hunger signals instead of counting calories. I eat lots of whole foods (mostly organic and seasonal stuff), drink loads of water, and try to get plenty of sleep! I'm currently training as a Pilates Reformer instructor. It's a blast!
