I am 31 years young, 5'2", with a desk job and finally realized that in order to be fit for life that I had to change my frame of mind. I am NOT a morning person. However, once I told myself that the morning was the best time to workout I came up with a "no more excuses" policy. I like most still struggle in the morning, usually Mondays...LOL....but I am committed. The rest day always allows me to make up what I may miss.

MEGA OBESITY runs in my family along with many other issues so when I came across this program and became hooked I REALLY did know I could be fit for life. I now know success is all in finding something you LOVE. I posted my before and after pictures to show that in 90 days you can truly see visible results; while, eating 2000-2200 calories! I had a hard time finding females who posted their changes...so feel free to browse. I cant wait to start and post pictures after my Insanity journey!

In the past, the best results I had at battling the ups and downs was calorie counting and working out 4 days a week. However, when I came across P90X I was amazed and thrilled to try it... And after 90 days...I can say that I couldn't have invested my time and money more wisely! The weight lifing portion really makes the difference for me and the meal plan has shown me that I do not have to be hungry AT ALL while dropping the lbs and toning up!!! I didnt follow the meal plan to the "T" nor was I able to work out 6 days every week...I would say I followed everything at a minumum of 90% out of 100% and couldnt be happier! No more counting calories for me...cleaner choices and smaller portions...5 days of workouts minimum...and eating the BAD BAD stuff in moderation is all I need to do from here to maintain feeling as healthy as I do now. I am addicted to something that is great for my health, who would have thought?!?!

My Goals:
#1 - Be healthy and fit for the rest of my life.

#2 - To remain motivated through beachbody products, workout buddies and of course FUN outdoor activities!

My Program:
#1 - Insanity! Then a hybrid of P90X, + and Insanity

#2 - I will workout by my "no excuse" policy (morning workouts) in hopes for a long happy life :o)

Personal Information:
Activities - Anything that involves being outside...playing sports like v-ball, swimming... And if friends or family are there it is that much better!

Other Information:
Other Interests - love board games, movies, rockband. gardening (flowers), baking, sewing, working on my house, reading...

I just purchased P90X as the latest edition to my Fitness DVD collection. In the meantime, I will do a combination of SlimIn6 and Hip Hop Abs to continue to build my endurance and stamina for the Insanity workout program. I am losing more inches every day it seems. My clothes are now falling off of me so I've had to buy new clothes. I plan to kick off my next intense program on 8/1 but will have to decide if it will be P90X or Insanity. Thanks for your guidance and support.
