Happy, happy, joy, joy! My name is Tanisha and I have been fighting a losing battle with weight for years! Well guess what...recently I won that battle. The past year I got really serious & lost over 40lbs. Even during my process I had a desire to see/help people get to and maintain their goal weight/size. I did participate in a weight loss program that was great and effective, but after a year I had reached a plateau and was stuck for over four months. A friend in Bootcamp shared with me info about a Weight Management program. After the great success I had, everything I learned has stuck and was a habit and by this time I'm a label reader, my desire to make healthier choices are prevalent and I just want to learn even more. I am now in the 12 week plan (week 9) and it is amazing, also coaching others along the way. In this program you have to walk the walk first to be able to effectively empower and educated someone else. I reached my goal of 165 and am now even 10lbs lighter at 155. My new goal is 150 and I'm well on my way. I know what I need to be eating, how I'm suppose to cook it and what alternatives/adjustments I need to make...and it feels GREAT. I want the world to be healthy and happy! Join me in turning this healthy lifestyle up a notch! =)

Currently doing the Hi5 Challenge. It's a 55 day program/challenge. My goal is to lose 25lbs so prayerfully I can lose and keep it off.

I'm Coach Tanisha from the Hampton Roads. I'm a Weight Management Coach and I'm my best client. I work with people that need accountability other than groups and that real time daily interaction.
