Get Back to Goal

January 2014

Sorry to say that I'm 14 lbs. over goal. Whatever your "method", Weight Watchers, Sparkpeople, etc. you need to be accountable to yourself! Stop tracking and you loose track.

I'm back to my Weight Watcher goal weight! I still want to loose 2 more lbs. for "wiggle room", but I'm "technically" at goal and maintaining!

January of 2013 I decided to rejoin WW online and get back control. Too much holidays, snacking and larger portions! I now find myself 10 lbs. over WW goal and 12 lbs. to get back to where I want to be. I'll track with WW and continue to run 2-3 days a week. I've also got to incorporate in some ST (my nemesis).

Summer 2012

Since I've become somewhat discouraged with my running goals the last couple of months, I want to make sure I don't become discouraged about my other goals. So, since the heat of summer is beginning, I decided to change my exercise goals. Starting 6/12 - 8/30 my goal is to exercise at least 30 mins. a day.

I am also going to get back to the weight I was when I reached Lifetimer @ WW by 8/5/12 (my birthday!)

2011

I reached my WW goal on 3/30/11. I've lost over 42 lbs. and have currently stayed at or below goal. I reached Lifetimer @ WW on 5/18/11.

I joined a C25K program at a local park back in April and completed my first 5K on 6/4.

My goal is to continue with this weight and fitness level and make this the way of life for me and my family. I have 3 daughters and I know that I'm setting a good example, because the oldest is running with me, the middle one is very active in sports and also running and the youngest still has her 11 year old energy!

Personal Information:
I live in North Georgia, I am married with 3 girls, 18, 15 & 13. I work full time managing a financial planner and I spend the rest of my time with my children's actitivites. I stay very active, but find fixing healthy meals and exercising a challenge.

Other Information:
I have had a long and illustrious weight loss "career". The most I had to loose was 50 lbs right after high school (the freshman 15 turned into 20 for me) and I managed to keep that off until I started having children in my 30's. I have always been athletic which has helped me stay in pretty good shape but still carry that extra "baby" weight (the youngest is 10!) The last 10-12 years I have manged to loose and gain back over 60 lbs.
