My Program:
Recording my food in my SparkPeople droid APP! Smaller portion sizes.
UNDER 2400 calories per day.

Staying consistent in bedtime/wake up time.

Walk 60-90 minutes 3-5 days a week.
Walking before work when I can

Resistance exercises 2-3 x a week.
Cut out red meat.
Incorporate more plant based, whole foods. Fill half my plate with whole, plant based, non-oil foods. Eliminate sugar.

Drink 8 glasses of water/day.

Healthily deal with depression.
