Lead with the Heart

I am Linda in Massachusetts. I am trying to lose weight for the umpteenth time. I have been doing this cycle since Feb 2007. I had fast success through a program I was doing and have lost 110 pounds. Although, I found out later that it was a little unhealthy, due to the lack of caloric intake.
Now, 11 months later, I need to lose at least 50 more. Ultimately, I want to get down to 150 but don't know if that is realistic.

I am struggling right now because I am doing this thing on my own and I don't want to mess up. I don't want to be the person I used to be. I want to keep the success going on this but understand at the same time that it is going to take time and patience.

Would love to have a community for encouragement, support, and people who can motivate me when I am struggling.
