I started at 440LBS in 2008. I run, cycle and swim my way to healthy. I have been doing Weight Watchers this year and logging everything there. It is an awesome program i just can not afford it anymore and my subscription is going to run out Oct 23rd 2010 so i need to get tracking on here again.
This year i did my first Half Iron Man
My first 90 Mile bike ride
Thinking about doing my first Marathon on 2011 and my first full Ironman in 2012

My Goals:
This Year is Half Iron MAN!!

My Program:
On Jan 30th 2010 i start my Half Iron Man program. The lighter i am the better it will go!
Race is on June 19th

Personal Information:
I am signed up for a Half Iron Man this Summer and i need to drop my last 50LbS. It is not as easy as it used to be. But i have to treat my eating like my training now.
I am married, with 4 daughters.

Other Information:
I produce a Podcast that can be found on Itunes and Podbean.com. It is free.

Thanks for the BodyGlide suggestion. I used it today with the VFFs - it was great! The previous blisters are still healing, and weren't irritated by today's run.

Hey Jon - thanks for the suggestions on my vlog. I'm curious: Do you use Vibrams? If so, how long have you used them, what is your regime for using them, etc?
