My Goals:

My Program:
After a few months off, I am starting fresh with the SparkDiet. I used this when I first started my journey in June 2012, but I am now using it as a refresher course and setting some different goals.
Personal Information:
I am elementary music teacher from Virginia. I have a wonderful husband and two furry "children" (dogs). I hope to have children someday, but until that day comes, I am focusing on me and getting myself as healthy and as fit as possible so that I can pass that knowledge and motivation on to my future children.
Other Information:
I love music and I love to read. I wish I had more time to just sit and read a book. In fact, that is one of my goals...read more! My favorite books are typically Fantasy, although I am game for giving ANY well-written novel a try. My favorite authors are Piers Anthony, Cornelia Funke, Christopher Paolini, JK Rowling, Anne Rice, Anne McCaffrey, and Stephen King.
