I just stopped by to see how you're doing. I hope everything's going well for you. I'm having slow progress but at least it's progress. I do feel healthier, I'm changing some old bad habits. I still have a lot left to work on but I'm sure that will come in time.
My biggest problem is the water. I never seem to meet my goal. I'm trying, I bring water with me everywhere (I just don't drink it,lol)

Hi Crystal, You always sound so positive and peppy. I'm glad to hear you joined a walking group. That's great. I can't do to much exercise because of my back. I had surgery 2 years ago and things didn't go too good. I still have a lot of pain. On my good days I do some stretches and maybe a few exercises and, when I can, I go for a walk. It's usually a short, slow walk but it does make me feel good.
Vegan is easy once you get used to it. You could start with one day a week not eating meat or byprducts. In my house it's Meatout Mondays. I won't cook any meat on this day. My family still eats meat. I'm giving you a few websites to check out and I hope you find it helpful.
Hi..Thank you for the comment on my legs...but believe me my thighs are kinda huge..i hate them. Anyway, My son and hubby bought me the ab lounger for christmas and i havent touched it until recently. Belive me you can feel the burn when your doing it. I do it twice a day. Hopefully i'll be seing results soon.
