I was just stopping by to say HI and see how you were doing.

I started marathon training this past Saturday. The run was GREAT! However, the sore quads on Sunday were not so fun. If you have any suggestions for that, I would gladly listen.

Hey!! I had a really good work out week, went to the gym three time and burned 950 calories! ...so hopefully that burned off the spaghetti lol
