My Goals:
My goal is to stay as young as possible despite the aging process. I want to be a fun and able grandma for my grandkids.

My Program:
I'm not on any specific program other than tracking my food intake each day. I love Sparkpeople's nutrition tracker. I actually think it's fun to see if I can stay within the calorie range and it makes me feel like a winner at the end of the day when I do.

Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in central Utah. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy running and quilting with friends.
I'm happily married and have three kids, all married and filling up the house with grandkids!
