    Thanks for the visit to my page. I've been here for a little over a year. I am still doing the up and down thing, but now there's a lot more going down. I seem to have to level off for a while, find my balance and then go from there. I'm doing the 5% fall challenge right now to help me push forward again. I hate exercise, so that is certainly a goal I need to work on. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats. I catsit for my friend when she travels and start sneezing after a while, but I like them. I also like to read mysteries--actually I listen to recorded books more than I read. I like to sew and do crochet projects so that way, I can do two things at once! Just keep plugged in here. It sure has made a difference for me! Nice meeting you.

    You can do it! You're already planning ahead for that special meal - that's great! I know sometimes things we aren't planning to eat seem tempting, but you've probably been abstaining for long enough that it would not taste as good as you think it would. When you limit fat for awhile, eating something greasy feels yucky! You'll feel much better with the healthy things you've already decided on. Enjoy the company and the special time.
