Resisting Temptation = Dedication!!

I am 19 and currently 197 lbs. I would love to be around 160 because that was the best shape I have ever been. The most difficult part of trying to lose weight and be healthy is the fact that I'm surrounded by so many unhealthy things such as food. Living in a college dorm in addition to staying with my mom on occasions does not provide the most nutritional options so I need to learn how to create healthy choices for myself and resist temptation.

My Goals:
I want to go back to being around 160. I am currently 197. I ultimately just want to be in good shape, just like i was when I was cheerleading.

My Program:
I have class every mon, tues, wed, and thursday and every day after class, i go to my school gym and do at least 30 mins of cardio a day. I also get my stretching done. Then on wed, thurs, and fri, I do strength training with my cousin. I am also trying to eat fewer calories a day.
