Time to get serious
I have always been very aware of what I eat and how many calories are in it. Unfortunately I have let that slip the last couple of years. i remarried 2 years ago and my husband is a big one for having a big dinner every night., I have gained 20 pounds since I met him. So I have decided that it is time to get serious and lose those pounds.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 15 pounds and exercise more so my body has a fit look about it. I don't like looking flabby.
My Program:
I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred 4 days a week. On the other days I try to walk/run for an hour.
