Bridal Boot Camp!!!

I'm striving to maintain my fitness and tone up before my wedding in JUNE!!!! I have a beautiful dress, and I want my body to continue to be the best it can be.

I just started a new job that requires me to be more sedentary. Sitting at a desk vs. walking the halls of a medical facility. I'm trying to adapt to theses new changes. Really focus on what I'm eating and making it a point to get at least an hour work out in daily!

I worked as a personal trainer and wellness specialist for a while after I graduated college. I have recently left that job and while I loved helping people acheieve their fitness and wellness goals it will be great to focus on myself for a while. There were times I felt as though I was spending more time planning other peoples work outs vs. my own. I will miss teaching Cardio Kickboxing.

So here's to the last push before the wedding and kicking my butt into shape before the big day and honeymoon in Mexico!!!

Will you be in Chx this weekend? I MISS you a TON! We're going to Cheboygan tomorrow, but will be here Sat and Sun BORED! :) Maybe I'll be so bored that I'll actually run. :)

The blister is all better now. It's been for a bit now, but I just need to get back into running. Blah.

Yeah, we went kayaking on Douglas Lake on Saturday. We had a blast. Packed up a bunch of good food and met up with Holly and Tyler. Yum! Good times. I wish we could do that more often. Sunday I just chilled and cleaned the house a bit...worked on painting the breezeway.

I'm so glad you're back on here! I skipped out for a while too, but I needed to come back. I've been back on and still been eating like crap so the last couple of days I've been trying a bit harder to get my calorie intake under control! :) I need to get my butt running again though now that my blister is finally healed!
