Sparking with Yoga & Walking

I have found that the closer I stay to Spark.................the healthier I want to become. My eating habits have changed alot since 2009. I used to be a fast food coholic! Now my husband and I very, very seldom eat out. And when we do, I make better choices. It's made a big difference in my weight. Staying on those fruits and vegetables keeps me satisfied and not looking for something unhealthy!

Merry Christmas! Just getting back on track with sparkpeople. I haven't had anytime. We got a couple inches of snow last night which may the evening especially pretty. But that's enough. Hope you and your husband doing good.

Hey, what's new with you. I haven't been on sparkpage in a while. Have you been walking? I do a couple miles a week but I should do more. Working in the yard a lot this summer. I got my lawn mower stuck yesterday down but the creek so I had to hike back up to the barn to get a chain and the 4 wheeler to pull myself out but I did it and I didn't break anything (that's a first). Take care and keep on keeping on.

Hello,
What's new with you. I am back on the tread mill trying to do 20 minutes a day. It's hard to get up and do it but if I don't exercise in the morning I don't do it at all. I am back to one job, yea had to realize it was too much. Hope everything is good with you keep on keeping on.

Hey girl what's uuuuup!
Just thought I would drop you a line. Not much new up here. It really hasn't been that cold for our normal. I have been treadmilling some. I can do a mile of jogging now. I start drinking braggs apple cider vineager 2t w/16oz water in the morning. It suppose to clean your lymphatic system and give you energy (which I need). Hope everything is good with you. Tracy
