Living the D-Life

My type two diagnosis was one of the best things that ever happened to my health and self awareness. I was diagnosed in September 2012 and have since lost 20 lbs and started caring about myself. It has been a game changer for me. I realized I can't just ignore my body and expect it to work right. I am still trying to adjust to the diabetic eating plan. My biggest foe is pizza. Who knew sweet innocent pizza is my kryptonite?
