For as long as I can remember I've had weight issues with self confidence and body issues just as long to go along with the weight. I've dabbled with dieting and various other weight dropping techniques over the years, some not so healthy as others, and while in the short term I lost weight, I eventually caved after 1-2 months and gained back all the weight I had all ready lost and then some, resulting in more weight gain.

I felt buried in my weight. Like I couldn't find a way out and that I had gained so much weight, it was never possible for me to lose it all. I realized that deep down, while I was always smiling in pictures and I was more than confident in my abilities and that I liked my personality, I didn't like the way I looked and in turn, didn't like myself. I didn't think I was worth loving, whether that was love from myself or love from others. Now I'm going to work on loving myself and feeling good in my own skin! I want to teach myself and learn to believe that I am beautiful and I'm worth it!

My Goals:
- learn to love my self
- feel comfortable in my own skin
- learn to love my self so that someone else can love me
- stop the negative "fat" talk and break free of those who feed me similar negative comments
- have confidence be REAL and not just a facade
- look in the mirror and actually FEEL like I look as good as friends say I do
- establish a long term healthy lifestyle with healthy habits

My Program:
- The Curves Weight Management Plan
- 1 Week of Phase 1
- 1,200 calories
- 2-3 weeks of Phase 2
- 1,500 calories
- 1-2 weeks of Phase 3
- 2000 calories
- Repeat
- Stay on Phase 3 for Maintenance
- Then modify for my lifestyle.

    I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and I love the Thank You note you sent. Yes, we are thinking positive and I truly believe losing weight and getting healthy is doable especially with the help of SP and friends.
