My Goals:
My goal is to lose 75lbs. I really want to lose this really quick but I know that is not healthy...I am just so tried of being FAT. My short goal is to lose at least 30lbs by my birthday in June...Pray for me.

My Program:
I am really trying to be truthful and report everything I put into my mouth. I did not realize how many calories I was really eating. I am exercising at least 3 days out of the week. I do the water thing really good. I don't drink sodas. I drink green tea a lot...everyday.

Personal Information:
I am a mother of four children. They range from 7yrs old to 17yrs old so I am extremely busy. You would think I would be thinner but I am not. I weigh 222lbs. This for me is not healthy. I want to lose this weight really bad. My kids & husband support me but sometimes we just don't have it in the budget to eat is really expense.

Other Information:
I am really want this year to be better...I really want to lose this weight. Please keep me in your prayers.

Thank you Missy...I really need the encouagement. I have been really stressed with a lot of things exspecially finances. I pretty much live pay check to pay check...but I am going to change that this year.

Keep me in your prayers to reach my short term goal 20lbs; and my long term goal 75lbs.

I understand completely!! I wish you the best luck in your weight lose goals and hope that you over-come them at full steam. You have what it takes and don't let anyone tell you differently. Believe in yourself and you can do anything. If I can go back to school to get a Degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping and lose weight at the same time, then you can this. Keep your chin up and remember to drink lots of water and get in plenty of exercise, even if it is only walking for 5 minutes 4 times a day. That is some sort of exercise to get you moving. I live here in Ohio and we have what you call, "Let's Move OHIO!!" It is something that our State has started to get people out and walking/exercising to lose even just 10 lbs. Keep in touch, Missy

Lesliebgoodwin, thank you so much for your support and your prayers. I also work for a school district. I know what you mean about not having time to exercise. People tell me that it is best to exercise in the morning time but I just can't. I tried to and it really made me feel really rushed and tried throught the day. I have started working out at night once I get everyone settled to bed. I usually start about 8:30 or 9:00 the latest. I have a gazeel...I wish I had a treadmil that works better.
We both can do this!!! I will keep you posted and in my prayers too.

I can totally relate to not always having the money to eat healthy. I weigh 231 lbs and would like to lose equally as much. Exercise is hard to fit in, unless I wake up very early which is hard for me. My husband is a Detective with the Police Dept. here and I teach. Sometimes he's not home to keep an eye on the kids while I exercise. Honestly by the time I'm finished at school with children in grades K-4 I'm exhausted. I will keep you in my prayers as I continue to pray for my own strength and will power.
