Time for a new me

I'm a mom of 4 wonderful boys. I'm also married to my best friend. I want to be able to get up and play with my kids more often, without feeling like I can't do it. I want to reach my weight goals to give me the motivation to reach other personal goals.

I think you would be surprised what you could do with a garden. If it didn't work the first time, try again. Of course, with 4 sons I am not sure where you would find the time. I am retired and I now have loads of time to devote to my vegetable garden.

what are you intrested in circuts or certain muscle groups i have one qucik tip to definitly help with push ups google rotator cuff workouts but only do 5 to maybe 10 pounds they are very small muscles but will add 20 to 30 pounds to your bench press and can add 15 to 30 push ups as well, do them every 4 to 5 days or if you do strengh training every shoulder day hope this helps
