My Goals:
The doctor told me I needed to lose 50 pounds. I lost 70 pounds then gained 25 pounds back again. Now I'm on a downward trend again, heading back to 152.

My Program:
My sister introduced me to Spark People. Tracking my food and exercise is essemtial, but so is the support I get from other Sparkers!

I like your replacement of "need" for "want" -- the universe conspires to give us what we need, indeed: because sometimes what we want isn't the best for us I'm thinking.
