wow, i needed to change my profile so bad! Its been 2 years and even though I do not use spark everyday like I used to, I love it for blogging, recipes, exercises, etc...what a great tool and thanks to cosmo for randomly having it in a magazine 4 years ago!!

I have been up and down with weight, but basically maintained being pretty healthy. However, I decided I am 27, eventually I am going to age and it will be noticeable no matter what...so what to do to slow down this ...

However, I decided I am 27, eventually I am going to age and it will be noticeable no matter what...so what to do to slow down this process...WORK OUT LIKE A BEAST!!! I have found a new love for weight lifting. My body has gone from "you dont need to lose any weight, you look fine" to "wow, you look amazing!!" I am so happy that spark has been on my journey and I intend to keep it that way.

I just read your blog and I understand the stress of sending your honey to Iraq. I am a military wife and have seen my hubby off 2 times for overseas missions. My best advice is to stay positive and use the time he is gone to really get focused and get healthy. My husband was amazed and very impressed when he came home on leave from Iraq. I know it is a difficult time, but you are his strenght at home right now. Take a deep breathe and stand tall with pride. In the words of my wonderful husband, " if it was easy, everyone would do it". You are STRONG and CAN handle this. I am here is to need a ear. HUGS!
