My Goals:
Become physically fit and lose weight. I'd like to be able to jog with my 12 year old son!

My Program:
Low carb-high protein diet (this has worked well for me in the past) Cut out processed foods and sugar as much as possible. Exercise 5-6 days per week, 30-60 minutes per day.
