I reached my 2nd major goal by losing a total of 65 lbs. Now I'm maintaining and strength training so my wife will stop telling me I look too skinny. My weight now hovers around 175, which is a good place to be. Meanwhile I'm drinking protein shakes and weight training to try to build muscle.
