New Year and Looking to Get Healthier!!
I am so tired of gaining weight and complaining about it. This time I have decided to do something about it. I have three children ages 11, 7, and 1 years of age. I currently weigh 182 pounds. My goal weight is 165 pounds. I know that I can do it and I am determineded, more now than ever, to reach my goal and maintain it. 2012 is my year to become a better and healthier person. I will track my nutritional intake and fitness every day.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 40 pounds by April 22, 2010. I will eat healthier and exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times per week.
My Program:
I will reduce soft drink intake to one per week. I will not go over caloric intake and consume between 1200-1550 calories. I will eliminate white bread, white rice, and reduce junk food consumption. I will drink at least 8 cups of water per day.
