My Goals:
To reach 180lbs by Christmas/New Year's. Long-term, to go back down to a size 32 pants while also toning my body.
My Program:
Cutting down calorie intake while increasing my calorie burning. I do cardio two days out of the week and strength train three days therefore hoping to shed and tone.
