My Goals:
Get exercising back to a daily routine.
Get nutrition tracking to be a daily deed.
Have fun as a daily must.
Weight loss will follow, despite itself, and despite myself.

My Program:
The new 5% Challenge will be starting in about a week. I will be intent on losing at least 5% (again) with my improved health and my stated goals.
I have also detailed my weight loss goals, in writing, on one of my teams. So accountability and, hopefully, support!

I have not done well at all on this challenge. Been having lots of issues, visits from out of town people, sickness, birthday celebration, and now on vacation. I am right now retaining fluid, my ankles and feet are very swollen. I think may be all the walking we,are,doing. Hope your plans for your son's wedding are going well. Hugs.

I did 20 sit-ups, 5 push-ups, 225 knee-to-elbow (very lazily), 5 squats, and 10 mountain climbers. It was really slow going and difficult for a first workout. I should have started lighter.
