Hi-saw you post on the team message boards about your knees and the wii challenges...sorry to hear you had to have surgery! It seems when I walk I am ok, but those balance games can be hard on the knees, but they are so much fun I try to still do them once in awhile. Most of the time I use it for mostly for the arm & core exercise! Love the bike races, canoeing especially!!! Hope you knees feel better over time!
