To lose 50 pounds so I won't have as many problems with my arthritis
I am walking at least 30 minutes a day. I am tracking my steps on my pedometer, at least 10,000 steps daily. I am also tracking my food intake.
I am originally from Philadelphia, PA but now reside in San Antonio, TX.
I'm hooked on VC Andrews books. I think I have almost all of them now. I like horror movies but I also watch other types of movies. I'm really into Volksmarching, a habit I picked up while I was in Germany this last time. That also helps me keep active and motivated.
It's been 183 days since you last updated your feed, one would think you are not active and the walking machine that you are! Of course I know better! Wishing you a wonderful week ahead and hope yesterday was a great day too!
I got to thinking with all your mileage where you were with your weight goal...oh my... you are so close!!! You have done such an amazing job, I am so proud of your accomplishments and your ambitions to keep moving. What a motivator you are! Thank you for doing what you do - walking for yourself, your health is inspiration to me!!
