My Program:
2/27/2014: Doing the Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse to get back on track. I'm overly stressed and weigh the most I ever have in my life, 185 lbs.

I work with a trainer 1-2 times a week and try to go to the gym at least 2 others days a week on my own. I love group classes but struggle finding time while going to school and work full time. I prefer eating organic and lots of fruits and vegetables. I drink tons of water and take vitamins!

I am 26 years old and live in the suburbs of Philadelphia!

Looks like we have about the same weight we need to lose. I'm gain for a tag buddy or a competition buddy. I find that if I am kept motivated to try to beat another person at something I do better so maybe we can challenge each other. You have a 5 lb head start but I'm game for total weight loss this year. I challenge you to beat me at reaching the 140s this year :)
