My Goals:
Goals are to exercise regularly, eat healthy and stay withing calorie range.

My Program:
Trying to limit processed foods and sweets and eat 5-6 small meals a day. Trying to eat a minimum of 2-4 servings of fruits and 3-6 servings of veggies each day. Also strength train 2-3X per week and do cardio 4x per week (usually it is 6)

Your dinner sounds yummy! emoticon

Today my husband and I went for a walk along the Alexandria, Virginia waterfront in a park that we had never been to before. I am trying to get both of us out doing things so that we feel like we have more of a life and those things have to be free. Why not make them active at the same time? We had a good time. Our pace was only 24 min/mile but we were partly sight-seeing, and I have to keep him interested, too. I'm glad now that I didn't decide to nap all afternoon long. What a waste of an afternoon that would have been in contrast with what we did!

I lost 2 lbs according to the scale this morning. (I usually weigh somewhere around the weekend.) I think it is because I didn't work out during the middle of the week because my feet were really sore. Maybe the water my body was retaining from strength training came off after a few days of not working out. This is my theory because I have a feeling that as soon as I resume my routine next week that I will probably gain those 2 lbs back. That's my theory anyway. LOL. Me and my theories. :-P Headed to the farmers' market for fresh tomatoes and bread and any other treasures we can find, also the "farmers' marker experience." Have a great weekend!
