My Program:
I have cut out pretty much all processed food and have been drinking 6-10 glasses of water every day. No eating past 8pm and using the treadmill/eliptical every day six days a week.

I also do a 20 minutes workout video.

I will only weigh myself once a month, because even though the weight loss is important, my goal is to lose inches and lead a healthier life style.

I will do pergoises for Christmas, but they will go straight into the freezer until Christmas, I will take out enough for JUST Christmas, and I will plan that I have can have a couple with supper - but I will not eat a bun with supper.

And I will do the fried bacon & onions on the side - luckily I don't actually care if I ahve that on my perogies

We are doing turkey and meatballs, likely at least 2 veggie dishes and I might do 3, plus a salad. So if I fill up on white turkey breast - no skin, and lots and lots of veggies, a couple of perogies (no sourcream) won't be bad.

It is all the extra's we tend to add on that makes it bad
