A Time for Me!
I'm a new mommy who has put on the baby weight ... just as I had promised myself I wouldn't! On top of the 20 pounds I already was overweight, I now have more than I care to admit to lose. It's time ... time to change for me, my son and my family. Time to make a change of mind!
