I am new to the program but finding it very informative. I am 75 years old and right now would like to get 20 pounds off which would please my doctor. I am having a problem knowing what to do on the site. I hope being able to chat with other people will help me stay on target. So far I track every day which is helpful.

My Goals:

To lose 20 - 25 pounds for right now and be healthy and feel good about myself. Going to start exercising more and longer than I have been.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.ra

I track every day and trying to get started on exercising. Drinking my water each day.

Other Information:
Anything else you would like to tell people. Could include things like your favorite books or movies, a quote, anything.

I am a grandma and have two great grandchildren who I love to play with. I like doing word-finder puzzles and putting puzzles together. I do some traveling also. Love my flowers in the garden.
