New Me!
Now that I am feeling better for over 6 months I believe it is time for me to focus on me! I have spent most of my life taking care of others, raising kids and going to PTA meetings. I am a mother of 3, step mother of 2 and now a full time grandmother of 1 precious grandson. Which leaves me with just my youngest child and my grandson at home. Thinking this is going to be a piece of cake. At 44 years old, I don't move as fast as I once did, but I bet 45 pounds that I can get energtic just as ...

I am a mother of 3, step mother of 2 and now a full time grandmother of 1 precious grandson. Which leaves me with just my youngest child and my grandson at home. Thinking this is going to be a piece of cake. At 44 years old, I don't move as fast as I once did, but I bet 45 pounds that I can get energtic just as much now as back then. Lots of vitamins, exercise and good healthy eating is what will help me become a NEW ME!!

My Goals:
Eating healthier meals, even with times being tough, I know that it will pay off in the end. Drink more water, less Dt Coke and start smoking outside the house will be the first step to stop smoking. Getting out of my comfort zone!!
My Program:
Most important step for me is eating less sugary foods. Turns out that excessive sugar makes me a mean person. Also learning how to eat different foods then my 2 year old grandson.

I am from Springdale, AR, live most of my life in Roswell, NM went to high school in the Houston, Tx area.

Would of loved to have lived back in the 50's era.
