New Year. New Page. :)

My weight-loss story: I've been on SP since 2007 but I am not consistent about being on here. I have participated in many BL challenges- some with a little more motivation than others. I am hoping to be more active and involved in both BL12 challenge and SP as we begin this new year.
I have always been at least a little overweight. I am not sure at what age I started dieting, I actually don't remember a time of ever not dieting! I have tried every diet under the sun. I weighed 190 after I graduated college. I lost 30 pounds by doing Weight Watchers but soon gained it back plus some. I was at my highest weight (225ish) in 2004. In 2005 I did Body For Life and lost 30 pounds. I maintained that for awhile and then in January of 2008 I signed up for on-line training with Isabeau from the Biggest Loser. That was the best decision I could've ever made. She helped me learn how to make this a lifestyle. I lost about 35-40 pounds working with her. I got to my lowest adult weight (so far!!), 154, for my 30th birthday Bahamas vacation in May of 2009. I wore a bikini for the first time!
I gained a little bit of weight back over the last few months and As of the beginning of January 2010 I currently weigh 160.

2010 is the year I will get to my goal weight!

    Hey Casi! Sorry about the gain emoticon how's your water intake? Maybe take a peek at what youre eating...you might be consuming too much sodium. Also, I noticed when I am stressed out, I won't lose at.all. FRUSTRATING I know! Or if you are lifting weights, you might hold water from that. OR maybe your body is so rockin' it is used to all the workouts! Just some ideas..don't give up! emoticon emoticon
