My Goals:
My goal is to ultimately lose weight, but more so than that I want to be easily picked up and carried by my boyfriend. I want to look great and feel great. I want to have more confidence than I have ever had before. So basically, my goal is to change.
My Program:
I will be trying to watch what and how I eat. I will also be doing what I can to exercise more often.
Other Information:
Remember that great love and great achievement involves great risk.
