Hi everyone, I'm Chelsea. I reside in Philly and I am in the process of losing weight to make myself a better person. I know I am an emotional eater and I eat when I am bored. I'm here to learn how to divert my attention away from food so I can enjoy it more when I eat it.

I've always been the bigger girl. Which has made me self conscious throughout my life. It didn't stop me from doing sports. Actually now that I think about it, I did all the scantily clad sports like swimming, gymnastics, running, and the more clothed soccer. I really miss the sport aspect of my life. I just don't find it being the same going to the gym. But I am determined to push through that and get back into an active lifestyle.

The bigger picture of me includes me being a student in college. I help out at a local thrift store a lot and always meet great people. Art lover. Science nerd. I am totally into developing both sides of my brain. Another passion of mine is being outside as much as possible. And that might be why I love the warm weather so much. I am very ambitious and won't settle for less.

-get exercise in no matter how little it is for right now since no access to gym
