On the road to healthy living...
My name is Madeline and I started this journey to lose weight. While I still want that, I now want more. I want to live a health-focused life! I love how I feel after I exercise--full of energy and like I can do anything. I feel equally as good when I eat lots of whole food and stay away from processed and fast "food." I still have some way to go to reach my goal--but I am well on my way. How about you?

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight the healthy way--by eating nutritious whole foods, lean meats and exercising. I also want to feel great--no aches, pains or stiffness.
My Program:
To meet my goals I am: 1. Cutting out as much packaged food as possible. 2. Cutting out fast food. 3. Eating lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, some meat all flavored with lots of herbs and spices. 4. Exercising daily by walking the dog 60+ minutes most days and zumba.
Personal Information:
I am from NYC originally, Brooklyn to be exact but I live and work in Washington, DC.
Other Information:
I am married and love dogs. I am also a gardener, and like dabbling in arty things.
