Thanks so much for stopping by and for your comment on my blog. My BMI is currently 24.9, so that's why I'm still thinking I could lose a few pounds. But I'm pretty happy with my progress and am in no rush to lose more.
As for stretch marks, I don't think the creams would help much since the stretch marks are about 20 years old (Mederma's website says their cream won't do much for older stretch marks). But I am trying to keep my skin well hydrated/moisturized, and making sure to get plenty of vitamin E. Do you have any other tips?

hey, thanks for the comment on my blog! i will have to try eating less salt as well. you should try making your own popcorn at home on the stove with olive oil. so easy and tastier than microwave or movie theatre. and you can put as little salt on it as you want. 2371 days ago
It is great to hear about your reduction in medication. My husband was diagnosed last year with type 2 so we have really been making an effort as of late to control it. He wasn't ready before now but since I have been making an effort to eat healthier and exercise, he has too. It is good to hear success stories. You are well on your way to Patagonia!
