They were right...

everyone has always joked about how skinny i am, and how the weight would catch up with me someday.i used to eat whatever i wanted, whenever i wanted, but after traveling abroad and gorging myself on french pastries and italian pastas, it's caught up to me at last. now i'd like to get back to my original weight, and get in shape before i start my senior year of college in the fall.

My Goals:
I really want to get back down to my weight before I traveled by the time I get back to school. I also need to tone down the boredom eating.

My Program:
I'm really going to try to stick to portion controls, and only eating when I'm actually hungry. I also want to get a regular exercise routine down, so that when I go back to dancing in the fall I'll be in great shape!

Personal Information:
I'm heading into my senior year of college at a small state school in northern New Hampshire. I teach Irish Step Dancing during the school year. And I'm recently engaged!

Only me again...
Hows it going over there ha ha!! I've managed to drop 10lbs so far god! I didn't think I would EVER get below 164lbs -was stuck there a whole week but then it suddenly shifted again! Its always so tempting to just ditch the diet when that happens but hey I pulled through!! ;)

I can totally relate to u I have been like soooo much skinnier than I am now and I think its always hard to see light at the end of the tunnel when trying to lose weight again. You keep going with it

This is only like my 1st week and yesterday was the first day I did really good. It is amazing how many calories you eat here and there-I was amazed and saddened! Anyways, good luck today and every bit of exercise helps believe me! I found muscles I didn't even think I had-LOL! Billy Banks tapes are great and will kick your butt, but they are so much fun! Good luck!

Hi! How did you do yesterday? I actually did great-finally getting the hang of it! I ate 100 below my recommendation (and I found foods that filled me up) and I did 12 minutes over on my cardio! I know-not a great feat, but better than I was doing. So let me know how you are doing!
