My Goals:
I have more than a person to lose, and that's way to big a prospect to look at. My 1st goal is to have less pain in my knees and feet. I figure that should be something I begin to feel fairly soon since every pound takes a load of pressure off those joints! The second goal is to fit into the plane seat next October!! We're going to the Caribbean!

My Program:
I haven't found the perfect program yet. Right now I am focusing on eating a lot more fruits and vegetables, no more continuous eating from lunch to supper, and eating half the amount of food I put on my plate. Seems wasteful - but it isn't waistful!!

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Michigan, transplanted to Ohio. Too old to tell you, to young to worry about it.

Other Information:
I love scrapbooking.

Glad you are willing to give it another try. Remember it took a while to gain the weight and it will take a while to get rid of it. Take it one day at a time.
