My Goals:
I want to lose between 10 and 15 pounds I think. I also want to tone up my body and learn to eat healthier meals.

My Program:
Lately I have had more free time than I wanted so I have started cooking more. I try to eat veggies and fresh fruit every day and drink at least 64 oz of water. I make it to the gym 2 -3 days a week but I woudl liek to incorporate yoga and pilates into my routine as well.

Hey I understand what you mean by all the fad diets I feel like I am seeing some results and I love it.

I saw you needed support. Sometime the last 12.5 pounds are the hardest to lose. Keep within your calories. Eat only healthy foods and find away to accelerate your activity.
