Hi everyone!

I'm turning 32 in February and I have two MASSIVELY important professional events coming up in March and then April. Needless to say getting into healthy habits NOW.

I have a history of gaining and losing the same weight, always stopping just short of my goal. I still haven't figured out why, but I don't want it to happen again!
