I've had a blog here since 2009. As well as being a great support community, it's been quite helpful as a way to track my training and stay accountable in regards to fitness and health. However, here in 2012, I am going to try to adopt more of a Health At Every Size attitude and less of a Diet/Weight Loss mentality. Likewise, I'll also be working to reframe my fitness training more for personal fulfillment and with less goal-oriented concern over competition, pace, or miles. ...

However, here in 2012, I am going to try to adopt more of a Health At Every Size attitude and less of a Diet/Weight Loss mentality. Likewise, I'll also be working to reframe my fitness training more for personal fulfillment and with less goal-oriented concern over competition, pace, or miles. I'm an over 50 post-menopausal female. My fitness activity of choice is long distance running, but I'm not at all fast, either by genetic gifts or inclination. I'm mostly vegetarian and nutrition savvy, but I've got a history of food/body/weight issues to cope with.
