Hi hon, hope you find your momentum again to get that streak up and rolling again. I was not so happy I had to lose 2 of mine when I got sick last week. (1) eating my fruits and veggies and (2) drinking my water !!! They were both going strong for the last 108 days. They are easy to do now but I hated breaking that streak !!!

Good Sunday morning friend. Thanks for always being so faithful with stopping by, it means a lot. I am not knitting anything yet, as I am just learning. I've watched a video on Youtube and am practicing to get it right. It's hard !!! I would like to learn enough to be able to make a few small gifts for Christmas this year. I can crochet but I like the look of knitting much better. I'm using metal needles that a SP friend sent to me with a box full of yarn as well. but I think I may have to invest in a wooden pair cause my fingers are getting sore. Any suggestions?

Welcome to low carb life! I fell into it before I read the books, too. Finding out what to eat was 80% of the battle. So worth it! I'm never going back.

I know you are looking to get the actual Atkins book, but don't be discouraged. Look on their website for food lists and starting info. That is what I did. You can do this! Keep at it!
