My goals are to be able to run the Vancouver Sun Run Marathon in Spring 2010, complete the Grouse Grind (it's nick named "mother nature's stairmaster") before the end of this summer/fall and to be healthy and radiant on my wedding day in Summer 2010.
Cardio work outs 5 days a week, 30-60 minutes. Cutting the fast food crap out of my diet, and only eating it in moderation.

We have been doing some wedding planning just in the last month or so - booking some of the vendors and stuff. It already feels pretty overwhelming. How is your planning going? Have you had more difficulty with eating right or getting exercise? Or both - like me today haha. I am mainly just having a hard time finding the actual time to do things right. I am thinking that I am going to have to start getting up early and forcing myself to work out first thing - this would help with the heat problem a bit too... Good Luck tomorrow!
