I was successful in losing weight, then quit smoking. Now time to drop the 20lbs gained afterwards.

Highest weight was over 250lbs.
Stable weight was around 230lbs.
Lost weight and got in shape...down to 192lbs.
Quit smoking...gained about 20lbs.
Now need to lose those extra 20 lbs.
